What delays it
Missing content, missing access, or a scope change after the brief is signed. The clock restarts on the last of those three, and we say so in writing when it happens. Third-party review queues — Meta app verification, registrar DNS, plugin approval — are outside our control and are quoted as ranges, never as promises.
Rush work
Same-day is possible on small jobs when a slot is free. It is quoted at the time, never assumed.
Where the work happens
On infrastructure you own or control wherever the job allows. Digital goods and bots are handed over with source and a runbook, so nothing is held hostage.
One build slot a week is the honest ceiling for build work. If the slot is gone, you get a date, not a vague “soon”.
