Do the kits come with the software already on them?
The preloaded laptop kits do — that is the point of them. Downloadable stacks are a single installer you run yourself, with a written guide. Every kit page lists exactly what is inside and what it needs.
What happens if a kit won’t run on my machine?
Every kit lists its requirements (operating system, disk, RAM). If your machine meets them and it still will not run, that is a fault: we fix it or refund it.
Who owns what after a build?
You do. Source, config and credentials are handed to you at handover. We keep no lock on it and you do not need us to keep paying to use your own thing.
How many revisions?
Two rounds on any build, included. Each round is a consolidated list, not a drip. Beyond two, revisions are €49 a round, quoted before starting.
Do you host it afterwards?
Only if you want. Hosting is €19–39 a month depending on the job and is optional — the build works without it. Cancel hosting any time and the thing keeps running on whatever you move it to.
What do you need from me to start?
The brief: what the job is, what it should do, and when you need it. For builds, access to the tools involved. Nothing starts before the brief is written down and the price is agreed.
Is VAT included?
Yes. Every price on this site is in euro and includes VAT.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes, send yours, or use ours. Nothing unusual gets built without one if you want it.
What if it’s broken after handover?
Fixes are covered for 14 days after handover on anything we built. After that, repair work is quoted — but you have the source, so anyone can work on it, including you.
Do you take card?
Yes — card, Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stripe. Stripe handles the card data; we never see it.
Can I get an invoice with a VAT number?
Yes. Put your VAT number in at checkout, or email it after and we will reissue.
Where do you ship?
Ireland and the EU. EU-stocked items arrive with customs already cleared. Anything shipping from outside the EU is labelled as such on the listing and VAT is collected at checkout.
