A one-person software company, built backwards from a simple question: what does someone actually need to get the thing done?
Fifteen years ago, TWYN was an idea for a search engine. You'd type "I'm going camping" and get back the complete kit — tent, stove, torch, the lot — curated, nothing missing. Everyone I told got it instantly. Nobody had built it.
The search engine never shipped. The idea refused to die. And somewhere along the way I realised the insight was never about search. It was about completeness: people don't want forty options, they want the right things, together, working.
So that's TWYN. You arrive with a need. You leave with the complete kit.
Today that means real, shipped things. A shop with kits that install in one evening — kids learning to code, traders running their desk, producers making beats. A software vault where every tool is tested, licensed-clean, and priced at €5. Remote services where one person fixes your laptop, builds your bot, or rescues your website — with the price on the page and the exit built in.
Everything runs on your machine or your own accounts. Every kit ships with its own uninstaller. If we can't fix it, you don't pay. Software that takes hostages isn't software we sell.
