Twice a year we connect to your machine, bring every kit tool up to date, check backups are actually backing up, and test that everything still opens. You get a one-page report in plain English: what we checked, what we fixed, what to watch. It's like an NCT for your laptop.

Everything is delivered remotely: you book, click a link, and watch the whole thing happen on your screen. Fixed price on the page. If a fix doesn't fix, you don't pay for it.
